New Student Registration Information

Friday, February 15, 2013 8:15 AM to 1:00 PM.
Registration takes place in the Parish Activity Center.
Testing Date: Friday, March 15, 2013


The following materials are required at the time of registration:
  • Copy of Birth Certificate
  • Copy of Baptismal Certificate (if Catholic)
  • Copy of Social Security Card
  • Copy of Immunization Records
  • Copy of the last 2 report cards (this year's and last year's) AND a copy of your child's latest Standardized Test Scores
  • The Non-refundable Activity Fee/Registration Fee for Nursery and/or Pre-School is $140.00 per child.
  • The Non-refundable Activity Fee/Registration Fee for Kindergarten and/or first grade through seventh grade is $125.00 per family.
  • The first month's tuition is due within 30 days of acceptance in order to hold your child's placement.

      • Eligibility For the 2013-2014 School Year

       

      Pre-K and Kindergarten

      Pre-K(3) Children must be 3 before Sept.1, 2013
      Pre-K(4) Children must be 4 before Sept.1, 2013
      Kindergarten Children must be 5 before Sept. 1, 2013

       

      Pre-K (3) and Pre-K (4)

      All students must be toilet trained to enter class in September.
      All health and immunization records must be up to date.

       

      Kindergarten and First Grade/Screening

      March 15, 2013
      Registrants are required to take a developmental screening. This generally takes about 20 minutes.  You will be requested to select a time for your child's screening at registration.

       

      Grades Second - Seventh/ Testing

      March 15, 2013
      Registrants will be tested for placement. This screening takes approximately 90 minutes
      Families may contact the school to schedule a date to shadow. Parents are welcome to meet with the Principal for a brief family interview on their shadow date.
