Regulation: The Child Care Administration of Maryland licenses the Extended Care Program.

Philosophy: The Extended Care Program provides a safe and fun environment to your children before and after their school day. This program offers a variety of activities and provides opportunities to meet new friends, develop individual and group responsibility, and allows freedom for exploration of solitary play. Most of all, the environment is conducive to just having a good time.

Hours: The hours of operation are from 7:15-8:00 for morning care and 2:50 to 6:00 for after school care.

Staff: All staff members are certified in CPR and First Aid, and have background investigations before they are hired.

Sick Policy: All children with fevers over 100 degrees are asked to be picked up as quickly as possible in order to protect the other children in the environment.

Closures: The program follows Baltimore County School closing schedules for inclement weather. When school closes during the day, the extended care program is also closed. When Baltimore County announces a delayed opening due to emergency or inclement weather there will be no extended care that morning.
