General Information

The following materials are required at the time of registration:

  • Copy of Birth Certificate

  • Copy of Baptismal Certificate (if Catholic)

  • Copy of Social Security Card

  • Copy of Immunization Records

  • Copy of the last 2 report cards (this year's and last year's) AND a copy of your child's latest Standardized Test Scores.

  • The Non-refundable Activity Fee/Registration Fee for Nursery and/or Pre-School is $125.00 per child.
    The Non-refundable Activity Fee/Registration Fee for Kindergarten and/or first grade through seventh grade is $125.00 per family.
    The first month's tuition is due within 30 days of acceptance in order to hold your child's placement.

  • KINDERGARTEN through GRADE 7- Registrants are required to take a developmental screening. The screening takes approximately 20 minutes for Kindergarten and Grade 1 and 90 minutes for Grades 2-7 and  will be held on Friday, March 14, 2008. You will be requested to select a time for your child's screening at registration.

    Pre-School and Kindergarten Eligibility For the 2008-2009 School Year

Nursery Children must be 3 before September 1, 2008
Pre-Kindergarten Children must be 4 before September 1, 2008
Kindergarten Children must be 5 before September 1, 2008

Nursery and Pre-K

All students must be toilet trained to enter class in September.
All health and inoculation records must be up to date.

Kindergarten and First Grade

Registrants are required to take a developmental screening. This generally takes about 20 minutes.

Grades Second through Seventh

Registrants will be tested for placement. This screening takes approximately 90 minutes.
Families may be contacted to schedule a date to shadow. Parents are welcome to meet with the Principal or Vice Principal for a brief family interview on their shadow date.
