Important Dates:

November Re-Registration for Current Families Begins
November: Open House – Enrollment Season Begins
December: Intent to Enroll Form Due from Current Families
January: Tuition Determined by School Board
January: Catholic School’s Week Open House
February: Enrollment Deadline for Current Families – $250 Due
February: FACTS Financial Aid Application Deadline
March: Early Enrollment Deadline – New Families
April – May: FACTS Financial Aid Award Determined and Notifications Sent Out
Spring: Boost Applications Available – Due Date TBD
April: Parish Tuition Assistance Grant Application Deadline
June: Parish Award Notifications Sent Out
July: Boost Award Notifications Sent Out
July: Tuition Payments Begin

 

The following materials are required at the time of application for Grades 1-8:

  • A copy of the last 2 report cards (this year’s and last year’s)

  • A copy of your child’s latest Standardized Test Scores

  • The Non-refundable Application Fee $50.00 per child.

  • Copy of Birth Certificate

Once accepted, the following materials are required at the time of registration(all grades):

  • Copy of Baptismal Certificate (if Catholic)

  • Copy of Immunization Records/Health Inventory Forms

Eligibility For the 2023-24 School Year

Pre-K and Kindergarten

  • Pre-K(3) Children must be 3 before Sept.1, 2023

  • Pre-K(4) Children must be 4 before Sept.1, 2023

  • Kindergarten Children must be 5 before Sept. 1, 2023

Pre-K (3) and Pre-K (4)

  • All students must be toilet trained and independent in the bathroom to enter class in August.

  • All health and immunization records must be up to date.

Waiting List Priority

Admission is determined on a yearly basis with priority given to parishioners of St. Agnes and St. William of York Parishes.  The following criteria will be used to determine acceptance:

  1. Dependents of faculty and staff
  2. Siblings of children already enrolled or the child of an alumnus.
  3. Registered and active parishioners
  4. Registered, active and supporting Catholics of neighboring parishes.
  5. Catholic students transferring from another Catholic school and moving into the parish.
  6. Families of other faiths seeking a Catholic education.

The final decision regarding the student’s admission shall be determined by the principal and will include a review of the prospective student’s academic and behavioral records.
