BEFORE & AFTER CARE
The St. Agnes Catholic School Before and After Care Program will provide students with the opportunity to receive tutoring, homework help, art workshops, and a host of other activities designed to empower them to nurture their God-given gifts and talents to become productive, ethical, and compassionate members of society. The hours of operation and fees are as follows:
Hours of Operation:
- Before Care Program 7:00am – 7:45am
- After Care Program 3:00pm – 6:00pm
- After Care Program 12:00pm – 6:00pm (Early Dismissal)
Before and After Care cost and fees for 2023-2024:
- Registration fee $50.00 per child/per school year due at time of registration
- Before and After Care fee $300.00 monthly due the 5th of the month
- Before Care only fee $100.00 monthly due the 5th of the month
- After Care only fee $200.00 monthly due the 5th of the month
- Late payment fee of $40.00 will be applied every 5th day after payment due date.
- Late Fee: Families who arrive after 6:00 pm to pick up their child(ren), will be charged $5.00 per minute. For example, if you arrive at 6:15 pm, you will incur a late charge of $75.00. Late fee is payable immediately through Campus Pay.
All costs and fees will be payable through Campus Pay.
Before and after care will not be available during weather-related and emergency closures. Notification of changes and/or program modifications will be sent to St. Agnes School families.
